DIABOLO PROJECT (II) A total investment of €540M Infrabel has joined hands with private partners (€290M) to position Brussels Airport on the European high-speed arteries Paris / Amsterdam Paris / Frankfurt PPP agreed on 28/09/2007/ € 290M by private sector.
