Customers In this area of discussion we can define that this type of e-business in e-learning industry in medical care or health care segment can have these three customers. In details we can explain them in below: Alternative Medicine Courseware Providers : corporate entities that provide complementary tools with CAM content and training courseware. Healthcare Professionals : the healthcare providers themselves who have a need to provide also CAM information to their patients or peers/associates. HealthCare Institutions : all government and academic institutions that have a need to provide courseware on CAM to their staff, collaborators and patients.

Customers and market niche About the niche market we can say that, Its rich market niche, characterized by corporate clients with large budgets, significant training needs and receptiveness to new technology, include Healthcare Providers, Academic institutions, Multilevel Network Marketing and Manufacturing Companies, Alternative Health Industries, Seminaries and Clergy.

Who are the competitors and how is the competition? The competitors of us are any company that creating E-learning for universities and firms, especially in health care industry, who have good library and data base in this area. The competition in this industry is monopolistic competition, in terms of market structure, which has the easy entry of new entrants. The company who wants to exist must be always have new idea and new technology and being up to date from the scientific matters in learning especially in E-learning and especially in health care major.

Competitive advantages LSI’s competitive advantage is its CAM library, one of the most comprehensive and unique Complementary Alternative Medicine database of any kind, cross-linking hundreds of disease and health conditions. The database, consisting of over 280,000 pages of text updated with all current material daily, is the largest database on alternative health in existence, and it represents an invaluable research and resource tool for health care providers as well as their patients. The database allows professional search by 704 diseases, 387 herbs, 22 vitamins and 71 trace minerals and contains the references for dosage amounts obtained from a research base of over 20,000 studies published in last decade and are updated daily.

How can we promote/market our products/services? We are going to promote or market our product or services by using updated technology, this technology will be up to date by implementing this process including 10 stages: Content Delivery System System Architecture Course Enrollment (Registration) Options Tracking and Reporting System Course Tutoring (link to individual teaching) Collaboration Tools Testing and Assessment Full Integration with Corporate Infrastructures Scalable (Expandable) Architecture High-Availability Systems

Financial Plan This is an Internet and e-learning venture that, of course, depends on the developing financial prospects of the growing Internet & e-learning world. To make it work financially, LSI need to increase valuation on schedule to bring in substantial additional capital. Customers can use debit card, master card, visa card for their payments. After checking that payment in the LSI account, they are able to purchase our products, or like other E-Universities their page for registering and course drop and adding is open for them to do their needs for their following term, otherwise they are not able to access to their pages for using even their E-learning course’s files.
