 Afghanistan was “fruit basket” of Central Asia.  Times have changed since  Agricultural technologies continually advance  Fruit brokers trade all over world  International quality  Begins with field production practices  Carefully preserved during harvest  Post-harvest sorting and cold storage  100% cold-chain integrity to retail consumer
