The Cheeezy Pizza

Objectives: To serve pizza We will also serve cheese sticks along with dipping sauce Defeat the majority of the pizza companies of the island, and possibly in the country.

Objectives: To present our customers/clients a better-quality at a low price, and offer customer service that is second to none. Creating a mutual relationship between customers of all ages.

Vision & Mission (Credo): The Cheeezy Pizza will dedicate itself to satisfying people worldwide by offering people of the island, the country, and the world with the best services of its kind from the island.

Keys to Success: A better-quality product and extra-special services and an atmosphere that will encourage customer loyalty. Employees that have great customer skills. A business location that promises easy access and quicker delivery.

Target market segmentation: Children of all ages- playground Teenagers- serve as hangout area, provide music, magazines, delicious food Adults- quiet lounge, buffet

Marketing Strategy: Advertising using posters, fliers, banners, newspaper ads, displaying screen at TeleCom, radio forecasting. We will also use coupons and we'll have stores give out raffle tickets eventually The company will also use e-commerce to let our company be known within the country, and exporting. We will have a website where people can check out our prices and order.

Sales Strategy: The strategy for selling at The Cheeezy Pizza is quite simple. First, we create a way to let our company be known of its whereabouts, its purpose, and guarantee the satisfaction that we are willing to offer the customers. Second, offer the customer a quality product and service at a low price. Third, make sure that product (pizza) is delivered quickly. Last but not the least, the employees must work to create customer loyalty.
