TRADITIONAL FESTIVALS:

Corrida Bullfighting is a traditional show popular in Spain, Portugal, southern France and some countries of Latin America. Generally, one or more bulls are teased and then killed in a bullring for sport and entertainment. It is often called a bloody sport by its opponents. But followers of Corrida regard it as the fine arts - not a sport. Nowadays, professional bullfighters known as toreros (also called "matadors") execute various formal moves which can be interpreted and innovated according to the bullfighter’s style or school. Exactly as it was in the past.

San Fermin The festival of San Fermín’ in the city of Pamplona (Navarre, Spain), is a deeply-rooted celebration held annually from 6 July to 14 July. It starts with opening of the fiesta which is marked by setting off the pyrotechnic chupinazo. And finishes with singing Pobre de Mí at midninght on 14 July. Its most famous event is encierro, or the running of the bulls. It takes place at 8:00 am from 7th to 14 th of July. The week long celebration involves many other traditional and folkloric events, for example Sanfermines which is held in honor of Saint Fermin. It has become probably the most internationally renowned fiesta in Spain. Over 1,000,000 people come to watch this festival.

La Tomatina La Tomatina called also tomato fight is a festival held in Valencian, a town of Buñol. Its participants throw tomatoes and get involved in this tomato fight just for fun! La Tomatina is held on the last Wednesday of August, during the week festivities of Buñol.
