Diamond Club Mission To provide financial support to Varsity and JV programs To create an atmosphere that promotes academic and athletic achievement and school pride. To enable coaching staff to dedicate 100% of time to coaching and teaching. To ensure that members provide support without attempting to become involved in coaching staff decisions. To work closely with coaches and administrative staff to encourage, student, parent and community attendance at AHS games.

Parent – Athlete Roles The Athletes’ Role Commit to academics while fulfilling their commitment to Buccaneer athletics. Represent their team, family, and Allatoona in a positive manner at all times. Practice good sportsmanship at all times. Communicate with their coaches regarding any issues of team obligations or rules. Treat their team mates and coaches with respect. The Parents’ Role Guide their children as these students take on tasks of time management, skill development, and responsibility. Support the team and coach from the stands. Encourage their children to communicate with the coaching staff. Encourage their children to commit to a team and program. GET INVOLVED!!

How does this fee benefit me and my child? –Provides player with first class equipment, facility, uniforms, schedule, etc. –Provides parents with voting rights at all Booster Club meetings on any issues that require a group vote. Player/Parent Commitment Fee = $500 H.S - $325 Jr. Buc 2012 Commitment Fee and Fundraising Target Fundraising Requirement = $500++ Pays for all other budget items to include field equipment, facility build out, tournament travel, player “extras” etc. Meet your Commitment Fee and Fundraising Goal and receive 2 passes to all home games (Varsity or JV), and player receives incentive TBD

Website only sponsor $100 – Logo will remain on website for 1 year SPONSOR BOARD PLAQUE 1’ x 2’ $250 –Sponsor name/logo on board posted on the dugout wall plus website ad 4x4 FENCE SIGN $350 –Sign will remain on fence for one calendar year plus website ad 4x6 FENCE SIGN $500 –Sign will remain on fence and board for one calendar year plus website ad Sign and Placque Sponsorships ($400 renewal) ($200 renewal) ($300 renewal)

Buccaneer Mom’s Fastpitch Club Purpose: To build relationships with fellow Buccaneer Mom’s, learn more about the game of fastpitch, enhance relationships with local sponsors, coordinate all hospitality, food and transportation related events and most importantly have fun. Membership Fee: $50 Activities and Benefits Buccaneer Mom’s Team Camp – Mom’s to attend 1 day camp with Coach Pirkle to learn and ask questions about the game. Food and drink to be served and with the day culminating with a scrimmage game, complete with signs, stealing, etc Exclusive Buccaneer Mom’s Fastpitch T-Shirt and other potential goodies No men allowed – Although we may show up at scrimmage if permitted

Committees Concessions - Coordinate scheduling for concession duties, maintain and manage product inventory. Player Meals - Coordinate all activities associated with pregame and travel meals. Banquets – Plan and coordinate H.S. and Junior Buc events. Tournament / Special Games – Assist with Buc Bash Tournament, Relay For Life game, Junior Buc Nite, Senior Night. We need all parents (Jr. Buc and H.S) to participate in a minimum of 1 committee!
