 Youth Coffee Morning – Sunday 16 th October, Faustina Hall  Aikido Demonstration by Llewellyn McGivern, Aikido Master Sugano 8 th Dan Black Belt holder.

 Not a combat but rather a means of self- cultivation and improvement  Not in tournaments, contest or ‘sparring’.  No gender or age disadvantage in learning.  Good exercise  Registration on the 16 th October after demonstration.  Beginners – 8 weeks introductory course  Nominal fee – RM50 for 8 weeks course
