A national project – 5 cities (Gävle, Stockholm, Skellefteå,Malmö)  June 2012 – June 2014  Spreading the concept and show good examples  Local perspectives  Notice the target group  Long term solutions  National and transnational cooperation

Goals  By cooperation finding the methods that makes the target group achieve greater participation and employment rates  70% have a plan for their next step (30% to work 15% to studies 25% other known plan)
