LEGISLATION Aquis Communautaire Law on Education 151/1999 Decision 779/1999; 3062/2000; 3271/2000 … Law 132/1999; Law 1/1991; … Law 133/2000: &1: “The continuous education and the social promotion of the person are realised through educational institutions, correlated to the individual needs and to the requests of the market economy and of the social practice in a democratic society”

LEGISLATION &2(1): “The continuous education throughout the educational system is realized by offering specific programs, initiated and organized by public and private institutions witch have this activity field, (…), using interactive methods emphasizing on the multimedia devices, such as ODL, video conferences computer-based training, so on. (2) ”The financial support of these activities can be either state funded or self supportive …”

General objectives of the BBU To identify and qualitatively/quantitatively analyze the educational needs; To conceive the projects which will allow an easy access of the participants to theoretical and practical knowledge; To ensure specialized consulting in study opportunities in adult education; To conceive intervention strategies and specialized assistance, throughout consulting To survey and evaluate the implementation of the projects; To realize diagnostic studies on the dynamic of the market, to realize prospective analysis To realize contract trainings at the beneficiary’ request.
