 The organization started by a group of local people from Dalit and Tribal communities with 40% of women representation.  Its vision is to create a just society of human beings living with respect and free of exploitation and its mission is of promoting sustainable development of the people and their surroundings.  It is registered under SRA of 1860 in the year , FCRA on 2004, 12A on 2006 and 80 G on 2009 and have PAN and TAN.  It has 7 Governing body members and 20 General body members meets quarterly and yearly once respectively on organizational affairs.  It has total 15 professional and non professional staff working in current 4 projects.  The current operational area are Kandhamal,Gajapati and Ganjam districts of Odisha.

OUR PRESENT AFFILIATION WITH AGENCIES…… INTERNATIONAL LEVEL:  MANOS UNIDAS,SPAIN  MISEREOR, GERMANY  ACTION ASIA, PHILIPINE NATIONAL LEVEL:  MINISTRY OF CHILD & FAMILY WELFARE DEPT, GOVT. OF ODISHA(NHRM)  ASSIST, ANDHRAPRADESH  PREM, ODISHA  INDIVIDUALS

OUR ACHIVEMENTS We provide education to 80 to 120 girls from marginalized communities every year since last 14 years through hostel programme. We conduct 150 to 200 delivery cases and 1500 to 2000 general treatment in every year in the self run health centre since last 14 years. We have provided 12 women groups consisting of 240 women on different income generation activities for their economic development in the years We have provided vocational training to 100 young boys and girls in different trades for their self employment in the year

OUR ACHIVEMENTS We have worked in 25 govt schools in the year 2009 to 2012 and helped reduction of drop outs among the children. We have promoted children clubs in 25 Govt. schools who involve actively in school management. We have strengthened the School Management committee who are active in school management. We have built the capacity of women who monitor the school activities actively. We have provided the skill development training to 50 school going children of the hostel for their additional family income.

OUR FOCUS AREA OF WORK….. We mainly focus our area of work on:  Education to the children of marginalized communities through hostel and in community.  Health service to the people through health centre.  Water and sanitation.  Promotion of livelihood through agriculture development and skill development.  Development of women and youth.  Environment preservation.  Peace building and conflict transformation.
