4 For lots of miscellaneous property, begin descriptions with –“One lot consisting of:” Items within a lot shall be separated by a “;” in order to differentiate where the description of one item ends and the next item description begins. Example: 1.One lot consisting of: Typewriters, Swintec, Mdl: 456, 5 each; Fax Machines, Brother, Mdl: 678, 3 each; and Cell Phones, Nokia, Mdl: 6140, 10 each. Where to start?
