Contest Overview Set of teams competing against each other for control of target server A team is several students and a team leader 24 hour competition each week Two part process:  Attack – Take control of server to score  Defend – Protect server from other teams Weekly point tallying

The Contest: Rules 1. User services always accessible and properly functioning 2. Attacking cannot interfere with usage 3. No third-party applications 4. Scoring only takes place during allotted time period
