5 Electronic Equipment What: Employee personal computers, laptops, printers, fax machines, other peripherals Where: Offices Recyclers: UNICOR, Maryland facility Janice Aragon (202) Since 2009, EPA leases equipment through CTS, which takes back all computers and laptops GSA Computers for Learning: Donated to schools GSAXcess: Redistributed to other federal agencies for reuse Results: 1,000 lbs collected in 2010

7 Technotrash What: CDs, DVDs, jewel cases, video/audio/computer tapes and cases, diskettes Where: Employees place materials in interoffice envelope and send to designated room Recycler: Green Disk (800) 305 ‑ DISK Results: Approximately 170 lbs/quarter
