This customer/vendor portal will offer expanded features to our existing exemption process. As mentioned earlier, it will allow for SOWs to be submitted by the customer, tracking and allowing for real-time data exchanged through a secure portal to DIR. Vendors will be able to electronically submit monthly vendor sales reports. This automation will allow a more streamlined process for your agency, our vendors and DIR as well.
