6 DIFFICULTIES TOWARDS SELF-EMPLOYMENT FOR MIGRANT ENTREPRENEURS Urgent need to generate income Social Security costs must be paid for the whole month Foreigners usually need time to know and understand the legal system of the host country Need of guidance Slow legal procedures in Spain for obtention of adequate work permit.

7 LANZADERA DE EMPRESAS: “THE BUSINESS LAUNCHER” Administrative and legal coverage allowing to test their services in real conditions but without having to constitute a company Provides free premises (PCs, internet, phone, fax, meeting room, etc..) Permanent guidance Reduces the risk of the start-up

8 “THE BUSINESS LAUNCHER” 1. The entrepreneur sells with his/her comercial name 6. Once the job´s finished, the Lanzadera invoices the client 7. The client makes payment to Lanzadera´s bank account 2. The entrepreneur buys with his/her money and ask an invoice at BL’s name 3. Purchase invoice with BL’s name and fiscal number 8. Lanzaera pays back to the entrepreneur (discounting the taxes and Social Security expenses generated by the operation) 4. Before starting the job/service the entrepreneur gives notice to the Lanzadera so it will initiate all the administrative process (such as Social Security, taxes, etc..) 5. The entrepreneur gets hired SUPPLIER CLIENT ENTREPRENEUR “BUSINESS LAUNCHER”
