Sunday Q3 – Set agenda for week – Made motion indicating MnM was intending to create a PSS to explore & refine RFH Q4 – Lloyd gave an update on status of v3Generator and its capabilities (not yet ready for UV release) – Woody updated on changes to RIM management, distribution & maintenance

Monday Q3 – Hosted Patient Care – Still PC-internal disagreement around methodology – MnM requested PC to create Artifact Definitions for the DCM artifacts they’re producing. Q4 – Hosted Clinical Statement – Discussed the proposed approach for registering patterns – CS agreed to identify candidate patterns. They will publish both a model and patterns. – Created draft of Pattern Registration template

Tuesday Q1 – Discussed Governance for RFH – Discussed extensibility process including requirement to accommodate “quick turn- around” for projects while still ensuring rigor overall – Discuss need to avoid overlap between resources – Identified need/desire to manage resource definitions in a multi-SDO environment

Tuesday (cont’d) Q2 – Discussion about use of OWL and what it can do vs. not – OWL can’t be used manually given complexity, probably not for user interface too – Discussion about whether constraint to the RIM was needed. RFH doesn’t presently envision supporting RIM extensions – Came up with requirements for RFH Ontology

Tuesday Q3 – Hosted by Structured Documents – Presentation on CDA using microdata and HTML 5 – Refer to SD minutes Q4 – Static Model Quality Checklist – Updated checklist – Motion authorizing Publishing to begin applying the checklist on content where possible.

Wednesday Q1 – Hosted vocab – Discussed whether MnM had responsibility for v2 datatypes (subsequently confirmed to be InM) – Discussed Terminology Authority. Lloyd will liaison for MnM with Vocab on this – Discussed Harmonization process. Amended process to deal with “stalled” discussions between affiliate proponents and committees – Discussed sharing value set for a DEF or CRIT act. Lloyd will write a proposal

Wednesday Q3 – OO discussion on dynamic model – Reviewed artifact definition process – Looked at OO dynamic artifacts, to date
