We don’t receive government grants and since 2008 we are no longer exempted from taxes –Private Companies with public task and the obligation to invest capital for targets set by a legal framework –Our main activity is providing accommodation to people with low income and a weak position on the housing market. We also invest in all kinds of “social” real estate (schools, crèches, care centres etc.)
