Who We Are Barr. Sam. Otoboeze Foundation is a humanitarian organization, which focuses on empowering the indigent; bringing succor to the less privileged in the society and championing the course of community and social development. The Foundation was formally inaugurated in 2010 and named after Barr. Sam. Otoboeze by a group of individuals within and outside Enugu State of Nigeria, whose hopes in life were restored through Barr. Otoboeze's support, as a platform for touching the lives of other less privileged, and immortalizing the vision of Barr. Sam. Otoboeze

OUR OBJECTTIVES Youth Empowerment To empower the less privileged, especially among the youths, children and women in our environment through scholarship awards, skills acquisition training, and provision of start-up grants and capital Community Development To provide material support to our less privileged neighbors /community folks, widows and orphans through provision of shelters, social amenities and relief materials to disaster victims Talent Development To invest in the training/development of specially talented children, in our community, especially in the area of sports. Job Creation/Securities To create employment/job opportunities through social networking and by building factories/industries which serves as security tool to guarantee security in our community

Donates books and writing materials to 34 of the 56 public primary schools in Igbo-Etiti LGA Our Score Card Built neighborhood support houses for indigent neighbors in Ochima Community We produced the 1st national and international gold medalist in athletics from Ochima Community Placed the best 3 scholars in Ochima Community Primary School and the best overall teacher in the school on annual scholarship award/reward package Sponsored rural electrification of Ochima community Linked over 40 youths across the country with gainful employment

Trained 10 / still training indigent youths, who have no means of going to school, in leather bags, shoes and belt making in Aba, Abia State Our Score Card “Initiated /completed the building of a community Catholic Church in Ochima community ” “Facilitated the provision of bore holes in Ochima community” “Currently sponsoring talent-spotted young footballers in Pepsi Academy, Enugu” “Commenced tertiary school scholarship program in 1989 which produced the 1st Engineer, 1st female graduate, and currently producing an average of 3-5 graduates annually in Ochima”

Future Plan 1. Continue to pursue social empowerment/capacity building program to support the indigents. 2. Continue to drive community development activities and neighborhood support programs to improve rural life. 3. Explore opportunities for support, and partnership with organizations and individuals with similar interest and objectives
