The imago vision & Mission Our Vision: to be the best at what we do. Mission: to exceed customer expectations through being creative, inspirational, passionate, focused and by celebrating success.

The imago strategy plan Fundamental purpose of the company is to provide an on-going income stream for the university. It is a 5 year vision for company. Concentrates on 6 key factors: Finance customers Staff Marketing Business processes Corporate and social responsibility

Why is it important to have a plan? It gives the business ‘direction’ Staff know what is expected of them. Provides a structure against which progress can be measured. It helps to support critical key business decisions. It enables the staff to ‘buy in’ to where the company is going.

How this is communicated. Each team or department has set objectives. These are communicated through team staff meetings. We break down these team objectives to show how the individuals objectives ‘fit in’ One to one meetings and team meetings with staff periodically through the year.
