BUILDING STRONG ® 9  ~95% of environmental work is contracted out.  Primarily utilize Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)  Emphasis on developing and utilizing small business (SB) firms.  Project Acquisition Strategy Board determines appropriate method of execution.  Regional sharing of ERS contracts within NWD.
