What does doing the job involve? 1.You will be providing line management for the Photo Studio's Production Manager, Styling Manager, Photographer and Post Production Manager and collaborating with the team from a resourcing perspective. My client is looking for someone super organised who, is a self-starter who has strong communication skills, confident and experienced in line management 2.You’ll provide administrative support to the CBBC Drama, Production Management & Acquisitions & Animation Teams. Therefore, you’ll organise and assist with internal meetings, manage diaries and travel for senior staff and request tapes from Information and Archives. On this theme, you’ll also enter tape and other programme related materials into BBC systems and spreadsheets. In addition, you’ll utilise BBC purchasing systems and practices i.e. Quick Order, Buy/Book/Order and Gateway and may also carry out general running duties. 3.As a C#.Net Developer you will be responsible for designs, modification and development of software programming applications and components. You will support/install software applications and components. You will be responsible for various phases of the software development lifecycle including technical research, requirements analysis, high level and technical design, implementation of enhancements to the product, unit testing, debugging and maintenance

What Qualifications are required for the role? 1.Working closely with the different teams and ensuring deliverables are achieved to quality standards and within the specified timelines and in budget Resourcing for both freelance and perm staff Lead the Photo Studio operation Work closely with the heads of within the creative team 2.You’ll bring experience in working in a busy and demanding office environment, showing an ability to work successfully across different tasks and projects simultaneously. Through this, you’ll have gained a thorough knowledge of office systems, procedures and excellent computer skills. As such, you’ll have an ability to work with databases, particularly Excel. You’ll show a good knowledge of the BBC organisation and structure and bring a flexible, creative and good humoured approach to problem solving. An interest in, and enthusiasm for BBC Children’s output is obviously very important 3.Experience of Top shelf, Ninject, Octopus Deploy, Reshape, Oauth 2.0, Dependency injections, IoC containers, Repository pattern, Factory Pattern, Rally or Templating (including Ember or Handlebars) would be beneficial but is by no means essential.
