START Projects Arctic Village & Venetie Village Challenge: Electricity costs hovering at $0.90 per kWh and heating fuel at $12 per gallon. Solution: Install a solar PV system up to 350 kW in size to support the pueblo’s water supply with a sustainable, distributed energy source.
