1. Description of Learners Learner A Mike, an adult leaner, has a grade one reading level. Has difficulty reading independently the simplest text. He’s in the fur trade business and wants to market his furs to other geographical locations and different cultures. Learner B

Learning Objective By the end of this lesson, learners will be able to locate relevant information about the impact of the fur trade on Canada’s Native people, using a variety of online resources.
