Exchange your MeritsGet your Leadership Award 1.Check you have the correct amount of merits for your exchange option 2.Take your planner to the finance office to Mrs Sloan 3.Mrs. Sloan will sign off your Merits in your planner and hand you your exchange 4.Your merit count will start again for any future exchanges * Make sure you let your tutor know when you are entitled to a reward from the pyramid e.g. postcard from your Head of Year 1.Complete an application form. You can get one of these from your tutor, from the house noticeboard next to the token tubes, or from Moodle on the house pages. 2.You must make sure you attach evidence or get an adult to sign your application. You only need to have evidence for 4 out of the 5 columns. 3.If you want to include something on your application form that is not in the guidance see Miss Jeffery to discuss. 4.Post your application in the house post box next to the token tubes. 5.You may get it back in your register bag if more evidence or information is required. Pop it back in the house post box once added to. 6.Mr. O’Dowda will call to see you to present you with your Leadership Award certificate. 7.Present your certificate to Mrs. Sloan in the finance office. She will write the correct amount of Merits into your planner.
