ACHIEVING THE THINGS YOU AIM FOR IN LIFE

 SHORT-TERM  LONG-TERM TAKES MORE PLANNING INVOLVES MANY SHORT-TERM GOALS

=Specific =Measurable =Achievable =Relevant = Time- Bound

One Step at a Time  Develop a clear, realistic goal.  List steps for reaching the goal. –Describe when you will act on the steps. –List any materials you will need. –Name people who can help.  Monitor your progress and make changes if you need to.  Evaluate whether or not the goal was met.

 MY GOAL IS: MY GOAL IS TO LOSE 5 POUNDS.

 I WOULD LIKE TO LOSE 5 POUNDS BY February 21, 2015.

1) I WILL DRINK 6 GLASSES OF WATER EACH DAY. 2) I WILL EAT HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS MEALS AND SNACKS, USING THE WEIGHT WATCHERS POINT SYSTEM TO HELP GUIDE ME. 3) I WILL EXERCISE FOR 20 – 30 MINUTES TWICE A WEEK.

I WILL MONITOR MY PROGRESS USING THE SCALE AND HOW MY CLOTHES ARE FITTING.

1) MY HUSBAND IS ALSO GOING TO SET A GOAL TO LOSE WEIGHT. 2) I DO NOT LIKE THE FEELING OF MY CLOTHES BEING TIGHT AND DO NOT WANT TO GO PURCHASE BIGGER SIZES.
