IN A RECENT REPORT BY THE AMERICAN PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION: 8 out of 10 Americans listed money and the economy as their leading sources of stress. Anxiety over finances has real consequences: Impacting mental health, physical health, and overall well-being. MENTAL HEALTH PHYSICAL HEALTH WELL- BEING

Are you living paycheck to paycheck? DO MONEY MATTERS CAUSE YOU STRESS? Are you confused about the state of your finances? Does talk of investment strategies and retirement planning make you anxious? FINANCES STRATEGIES PAYCHECK

No matter the size of your paycheck or bank account, you can take action to have more control over your finances. With knowledge and planning, we all can achieve financial stability. And that means less stress, better sleep, and a healthier you.

UNDERSTAND WHERE YOU’RE SPENDING YOUR MONEY. A $4 cup of coffee 5 days a week costs you $80/month. Sometimes it’s scary to think about where we’re spending our money. Learning to cut back on little things can help move your savings account forward. DEVELOP A BUDGET AND INCLUDE SAVINGS IN YOUR BUDGET.
