Benefits of Snacking Dietitian Becky Hand completed a study in the British Medical Journal and found that people who ate six small meals a day had a five percent lower cholesterol level and a slimmer chance of heart attacks, and diabetes in comparison to the people who ate three large meals a day.

Healthy Snacking

A healthy snack in class will lessen kids to go home and eat junk food.

School would be more pleasant if students could have a snack

Snacks help with learning ability

Bring in enough for everyone it can help others education too

Allow Eating In Class!

This is a quote someone told me “If students enjoy school, then it is likely they will focus more and achieve better grades if they can eat a snack.”

A snack can wake you up in school and make you ready to learn.

Snacking in class can help prevent being obese

A snack that is 250 calories or less is good for you.

School, school, school A snack will make you more focused

Eating a snack shouldn’t be against rules if you clean up and are not a distraction

Bad snacks lead to Students not having a snack during the school day can position them at a higher risk of obesity now and in the future

Various studies prove eating multiple times during the day helps us physically and mentally

This is why you should be able to eat a snack during class
