Planning Your Dinner Party What will you serve your guests? Using catalogues, work out what you will serve your guests. You will need: Food for dinner Drinks Snacks Dessert

Getting Ready to go Shopping Now you know what you will serve, how much/many of each item will you need to purchase. For each item you will buy, estimate how much/many you will need to serve 20 people.

Cost For each item, calculate the cost. FOR EXAMPLE: If you are buying 2 bottles of Coca Cola – what will the total cost be for the Coca Cola? When you know the total cost for each item, add all the values together to get you total cost.
