I am a tour guide. I got a chance to go on a cultural tour to the following five places.

India

Thailand

Japan

America

South America

We’ll have a 4-round competition between two groups. The winners will have a chance to travel with me. Do you want to travel with me?

1. How to greet others in these countries? 2. What are the things that I can do and I cannot do in the countries? Before traveling, I have some questions. 3.What is the advice on my cultural tour?

The first round competition: How do people greet each other in these countries? Let’s watch four pairs of students’ performance. Tell me where they come from: Japan, America, Thailand, India or South America.

In Thailand, people greet each other by putting their hands together and bowing.

In South America, people greet each other with a hug.

In the USA, people greet each other by shaking hands.

In Japan, people bow to greet others.
