MARET Provision of guidance and advice on wave and tidal energy; High level resource mapping and constraints; Scenario planning for communities; Policy decision making instrument for governments; Ensuring that host communities are empowered and equipped either to generate their own energy or to gain the maximum benefit from development in their local area. Tackles issues of youth outmigration and fuel poverty.
