We are going to research communicable diseases and non- communicable diseases. You will be working with a partner to find out information on the disease that you are assigned. Once you have researched and found the information, you are going to organize this information into a short PowerPoint presentation. Your PowerPoint should include the following: The name of the disease- This should be the title of your PowerPoint. The definition of the disease should follow immediately after the title. Whether the disease is communicable or non-communicable. Symptoms of the disease Diagnosis—how do doctors confirm that you have the disease? Prevention—what can I do to not get this disease.
