3 TF1 working scope  To prevent the person from electric shock :washing, heavy rainstorm and flooding. TF1 working objective  To form the requirements in the GTR regulations. 4  The 4th EVS meeting TF1 was set up to propose the requirements and test procedures of protection against water from the vehicle.  The 5th EVS meeting Discuss the requirements and test procedures of insulation resistance proposed by FAW(China).  The 6th EVS meeting EVS IWG asked TF1 draft a proposed text for inclusion in the draft GTR.  Up to now TF1 organized F2F meeting in BeiJing on Feb. 4 and another F2F meeting Mar. 17 in Paris. TF1 have already finished the draft (EVS-07-08e). OICA 、 Japanese and China experts reached an agreement and will propose the draft together in the 7th EVS meeting. 2 TF1 working progress

3 Conclusion and future work The protection against water of GTR draft have two open issues. 1.There two test procedures need to discuss. a. 5.X.11”an automatic or manual turn-off of the propulsion system can lead to a de-energization of the voltage class B electric circuit. ”need to explanation. The future work: China will make an explanation to the experts on April. b. Whether the 6. X.1.2.2” Heavy rainstorm”test method is suitable. The future work: TF1 will continue to discuss and will have conclusion on May Whether protection against water draft including Charging situation. The future work: OICA 、 Japanese and Chinese experts will search the exist charging standard to conform if the charging standard have the relative detailed requirement.
