Youth Organization Awards Cub Scout Pack 421 Family Only one organization a year is presented this award, based on service to the environment in Chesapeake Virginia.

We earned the 2004 Chesapeake Environmental Improvement Commission Youth Organization Award Following the Scouting ideal: Leave the World better than you found it. 634 man-hours of Service in 2004
