DIEPER  Which printed periodicals have been retrospectively digitised in Europe and anywhere else in the world?  How may I access such documents without searching a number of different internet sites?  Where may I browse selected periodicals and to what extent are texts searchable?  How can digitised periodicals be preserved and kept accessible in permanence?  How will rights of authors, publishers and others be protected?  How will libraries subscribe to digitised periodicals?  How will online licensing and accounting be done?
