Changing lives A C B Government and Regulatory  Governance of the Communication Service in Malaysia is under the CMA (1998)  The Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) is actively spearheading the promotion and ensuring that the consumers enjoy a satisfactory Communication Services at an affordable pricing while promoting the adoption of new technologies;  In the promotion of new technologies, the MCMC has indicated and possibly exploring incentives scheme for industry in the use of new technologies (such as IPv6);  The regulators have also indicated their seriousness by actively participating in industry discussions and have sought feedbacks from industry in the IPv6 Adoption.
