Brief Service Hour FAQs If I make a mistake entering my hours how can I correct it? You must contact an Operator. We will be providing you with a list of qualified docents and Park Aide Operators. For the moment call Roger ( ) or send an to Is it important that I get the date of service exactly correct? No. Final tabulations only include the assignment and hours served. It just helps when checking your own records to be sure you entered what you intended. Why did the hours I entered come up a day later than I intended? If you entered your hours after 9 pm Pacific time, the default date shows as the next day. This is due to the cloud server being on Eastern time. What do I record for attending the TPDS monthly meeting? The first hour (9-10 am) is Monthly Meeting/Program. The second hour (10:30-11:30) is Monthly Meeting/Business. We are only allowed to enter a maximum of 1 hour for each, no matter how long the session (set by State officials). It is also OK if you just enter 2 hours for one or the other. However, if you arrive early to help with setup, refreshments, etc. you can enter that time separately under Other/TPDS administration. Why don’t I see the changes I just made in my account? Since Volgistics is updated remotely while you are typing, there can be delays, so you must be patient and not try and enter things too quickly. This depends on how fast your internet connection is at the time.

Scheduling FAQs If I sign up for a shift for Lodge hosting or other activity are my hours automatically recorded? No, you must use the Time Sheet tab on your personal VicNet account. What are capabilities we now have with Volgistics? You automatically receive an reminder two days in advance of any Assignment for which you have signed up If you remove yourself from an Assignment calendar, the coordinator is notified so the open position can be advertised Can I add an additional person to Lodge host? On weekends you can always sign in as an additional docent But, on weekdays, you must have an Operator/Admin do it for you
