In Buenavista – new business permit flowchar installed, JIT and BOSS in place, Senior Citizen and pregnant women lane/signage installed DDPKaRoMa: Dipolog has fully complied and uses eBPLS, 4 others are in the process of streamlining OPAL: Alaminos City has fully complied , 5 of the 8 have Executive Orders about streamlining and 3 don’t yet. There are very minimal number of clients Leyte – all LGUs in northwest Leyte are in the process of the BPLS reforms. Tacloban and Ormoc city are fully compliant AVLDA – South Cotabato – 6 towns started process of reforms; Sultan Kudarat – Tacuron City and Isulan are fully compliant and 3 towns are in the process of streamlining PaDaYon – all 3 towns have streamlined processes MIGEDC –  Leganes is fully compliant,  Iloilo City and 3 other towns are in the process of streamlining. Pavia has not yet started MNDC – Naga, Calabanga and Pili are fully compliant,10 other towns are in the process of completing the BPLS reforms
