THE MAIN MESSAGE TO DISPLAY THE TRENDS OF MOVEMENT IN PRODUCTION AND KNOWLEDGE TO COMPETING REGIONS WITHIN AND OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION. METHODOLOGY THE PROJECT WILL MAKE USE OF AN EXTENSIVE LITERATURE REVIEW. INDICATORS WILL BE OBTAINED FROM RELEVANT DATABASES SUCH AS EUROSTAT, WORLD BANK, UN AND OECD.
