Health Facilitate the hospital outreach programs Offer training and clinical sessions with the village health workers Construct the village health posts Establish surgical missions Assist the villagers in organizing the health committees

Education Help villagers construct schools Coordinate with ministry of education to obtain school teachers Assist teachers through teaching enrichment programs Acquire school supplies Establish education commitees Facilitate adult education programs

Clean Water and Environment Help villagers construct –Pumps and wells, –Water cisterns and filter systems –Pipelines –Rainwater catchment and water recycling systems –Train village water technicians –Help construct Lorena adobe stoves –Help establish village environment committees Agriculture and Income Generation –Help villagers identify income-generating opportunities –Assist small groups of women to form savings-and-loan cooperatives –Provide on-site training, support, and administration –Encourage weekly meetings to discuss load repayment, financial challenges, new ideas to generate income, literacy, health
