CONT… Every country website has its own CMS,images,js,etc that means a specific country website can be changed from layout to contents without affecting the other website By saying so, every country web CMS has its own login details, and its own address to get to the admin panel.

HOW TO LOGIN IN Log in addresses for the country CMS are as follows: 1. for Burundi for Rwanda for Tanzania Credentials for login to be given.

TEMPLATE EDITING Go to Layout>templates for template editing. Templates contains the whole layout of the website and has elements which appear in all pages as specified in pages (can be seen in pages list). Such elements that appear in all pages includes menu, footer and header. Editing the template means effect will be shown to all pages that render that template

PAGE EDITING - TEXT Go to Content>pages to view pages list. Each page can be edited by clicking on the particular page. Editing can be done on the Contents container by either using Tinymice or html view. HTML view can give a better result but make sure u know its basic syntax.

PAGE EDITING - IMAGES In order to add images to pages first one should go to Contents>Image Manager and upload images. Then go to the page where you want to add an image and click an image icon on the editing bar then follow link to choose an image and add. ADDITION: please include the word “uploads” before the word images in the URL so that the URL can be in the format “uploads/images/image_name.jpg ” Once an image is added can be resized, aligned

NEWS EDITING Go to contents>News to edit news. Click on add new article to add the news. On the adding news panel fill in the Title, News in brief/summary, News in details, Date of publishing and due date. Images in the news can be added same way as for contents for pages. After adding the news you can preview by clicking preview button before publishing

EDITING BANNER IMAGES The only way to edit these images is by using the Image editor, for this case is PHOTOSHOP. Once an image is ready can be uploaded directly into server in the specific images folder by login into the CPANEL. Once an image is uploaded then one should open the file named imganimation.js and edit the image list by adding or deleting them. Effect will appear after saving the js file

EDITING THE WELCOME PAGE WELCOME PAGE

SLIDER EDITING FOR THE WELCOME PAGE This can be done by login directly into CPANEL and edit the index file. CAUTION: this index file is the landing page of the website so one should be very careful on editing it because its very easy to destroy the welcome screen which is a first page for visitors. Edit only the DIVs with ID slides by editing the images URL and the intro text for sliding. For images make sure you have uploaded the image already before adding its URL. Images holder to begiven
