Agenda • Opening Ceremony with Flag • Purpose of Parent Orientation Crossroads Pack 9161 Agenda • Opening Ceremony with Flag • Purpose of Parent Orientation • Organization of Dens & Pack Opening ceremony with flag, prayer, and promise. Then, explain the purpose of Rally Night is to share with you what Cub Scouts is all about, complete your application forms, and explain some opportunities for parents to volunteer. After this, the Bear Den will perform a skit for us. I’ll introduce the leaders and then the boys will go and become pilots for a night.
