During Spring Break Infinite Campus will be upgraded to the lastest version. There are a number of changes to the Gradebook and the Portal that you will need to be aware of before you start using ICampus after the break. The following PowerPoint slides will outline the changes. You can visit a preview site that has a copy of the new version by clicking on the link above. This is only a test site and does not contain live data.

Infinite Campus has a new look. Your user name and password will be the same.

Grade Book Change: You can now Mass Assign your Grade book preferences (such as hiding dropped students, using seating chart for attendance, using canned comments, etc.) to all or some of your classes at the same time. Go to Instruction Admin Preferences Mass Assign to Multiple Classes

Color coding Of passing And failing Grades can Now be turned On and off In the Options Menu Grade Book Change: Grades can now be color coded.

Grade Book Change: Grading Curves are now called Grading Scales (Finally!!) All Items in Red need to be completed

Grade Book Change: Student Groups can now be created in the Gradebook. Assignments can now be created for groups and the grades will apply only to that group. Optionally, assignments can be assigned to multiple groups when that is appropriate.

Grade Book Change: There is now a Assignment Analysis Report that will graph scores and calculate Mean, Median and Standard Deviation.

Grade Book Change: A Fill All button has been added to the Grading By Task Window. Clicking Fill All will replace existing Grades.

Type your newsletter In this area. Infinite Campus Change: Teachers can now publish a Newsletter to the Parent Portal. The newsletter has to be typed into the Newsletter Detail Window. There are tools to adjust the size and placement of the text. Parents and students can view and print the newsletter.
