Staffing  Class sizes are created taking into account historical average of <80% attendance  Class sizes will be around 25 (31) for students with higher skill/lower need  Class sizes will be lower for students with lower skill/higher need  EL teachers will be on staff to provide support  Teacher prep time increased slightly to align with middle school teachers
