Retail sales representative uses kiosk to: 2.1 Verify serviceability. 2.2 Select Tru2Way option with Comcast or Retail Tech installation. 2.3 Submit order via G2B to National Call Center. 3.1 Customer receives order confirmation and instructions for next steps. 3.2 If applicable, customer schedules installation with Retail Tech. 4.1 National Call Center receives G2B order and performs order validation. 4.2 National Call Center performs credit validation and adds tru2way services.

STEP Customer mounts TV on wall.
