This will need to be added to the patient’s medications list by selecting the Medications tab within the Online VP Entry screen. Here, simply select Add to add the medication. After addition of medication, you need to notate this within the measures. First, go to the Single Entry screen. Here you will need to notate the provider, then select Aspirin/Antiplatelets from the Measure and fill out accordingly below.

Here you will need to notate the physician, then select Aspirin/Antiplatelets from the Measures list and document accordingly below. Also within the Single Entry screen, you will need to document ACE/ARB therapy. In the same manner as above, select ACE/ARB from the Measures list and document accordingly. CAD Measures

Lastly, document your patient’s Aspirin/Antiplatelet therapy. Within Single Entry, select the Aspirin/Antiplatelets measure from the Measures list. Fill out the data accordingly.
