EDUCATION CENTER PROJECT

 status within the structure of university: centre for advanced training of state employees will be a part of the centre for post-diploma training which is considered to be a structural division of Sumy State University and offers services of getting second higher education and retraining through organization of corresponding courses of different qualifications, carrying out consultations and training studies on different directions.

location: Sumy, 2, Rymsky- Korsakov St, 40030, Sumy State University, building C, room #307 (center for retraining).

 in 2010 it is planned to finance the activity of the center at the expense of ECESIS project – “Educational centers’ network on modern technologies of local governing”. In future financing of the center will be carried out at the expense of physical and legal entities through payment of fees on the university’s account.

 Functioning of the center for state employees is planned to be carried out through creation of groups of state employees in Sumy region as well as in Kharkiv, Poltava, Chernigiv and Cherkassy regions.

 under which license the training will be carried out: training is carried out under the license of State Accreditation Commission from , protocol №79 (Order of Ministry of Education and Science in Ukraine from № 2675), series number AV № issued This license allows to get education on the direction 0502 “Management”. At the present time the licensing business for master study on the specialty “State Service’ in 2010 is planned to be created.

 duration of one cycle of studying: study curriculum is developed in the volume of 400 hours and duration of 3 months (auditory and individual work).  number of academic hours per week: about 40 hours per week.  form of study (full-time, extra-mural study etc.): training will be carried out according to full-time and distant forms of study.  number of listeners for each cycle: group consisting of 20 persons.  what document will be granted at the end of the courses: after the successful completion of courses a listener will be granted with the certificate on advanced training of state standard.
