WP1: Coordination of the Project Status: Ongoing Work Package Leader:UoB Aim:To coordinate the Everywhere Project through a range of administrative, technical, and communication tasks Deliverables: Administration and financial manual Intermediate technical and financial report Final technical and financial report

WP4: Structures and practices in HIV prevention work in partner countries Status: Complete Work Package Leader: Dirección General de Atención Primaria (DGAP) then University of Brighton (UoB) from April 09) Aim: Responsible for gaining a broad understanding of the structures and practices in place in HIV prevention work in the partner countries, and particularly those cities designated as ‘gay’ tourist destinations. Deliverables: Operative scoping report on HIV prevention methodology in MSM

WP8: Elaboration and validation of the Everywhere Model Status: Not started Work Package Leader: UoB Aim: Responsible for testing and validating the Everywhere model (pilot action) with up to 140 European businesses being contacted, 30 of whom will be awarded the SR-HIV seal. Deliverables: Database of businesses contacted who are certified with the SR-HIV seal. Up to 140 Businesses in Europe directly contacted with 30 adopting the Everywhere action protocol to be certified as SR-HIV.

WP8: Elaboration and validation of the Everywhere Model Progress and Questions The pilot action will start once the SR-HIV seal and protocol are finalised There are also other prerequisite stages being developed that are essential for the pilot action e.g. – SM training event (Sept 09) – Interviews by SM with businesses completed (Nov 09) – Prevention materials and project promotion materials complete (Nov /Dec 09) Everywhere Condoms and lube wallets Leaflets (MSM and Businesses) Everywhere bookmarks and compliment slips Everywhere posters/flyers – Expansion of the SM network (Dec 09) – PSC including representatives from business to discuss protocols (Jan 10) – Protocols and seal finalised (Feb 2010)

WP9: Systematic organisation, publication and dissemination of Everywhere model Status: Ongoing Work Package Leader: UoB Aim: Responsible for systematically organising and publishing the validated Everywhere model. This work package will also explore the suitability of potentially transferring the model to other cities and countries Deliverables: Final version of the Everywhere Manual (electronic format) - A European methodology for the prevention of HIV in MSM.

WP9: Systematic organisation, publication and dissemination of Everywhere model Progress and Questions The Everywhere model is the main aim of this project and will be the final deliverable of it. All previous stages are steps in a process aim to create the model. At the moment all the information generated is being organised in a systematic way on the Everywhere website.
