Reforming the Training Managers MeetingCurrently: David and Rachael determine the program for the month.  At the end of each meeting, David requests topics from the group.  Occasionally, group members suggest a topic. David & Rachael staff and support these meetings.  Arranges for the speakers, facilities, needed resources  Produces and distributes agendas, minutes, notes and handoutsProposal: A sub-committee of Training Managers makes program decisions, determines agendas, and hosts the meetings (like HR Managers do now).
