EXTENDED ABSENCES Due to the nature of our program, extended absences are discouraged during the school calendar. Students frequently work in cooperative groups and peers are left to manage extra work load. Arranging homework in advance is difficult as we tailor and pace our instruction based on the needs of the children. If your child will be absent for an extended period of time, we will not be able to provide assignments. Most assignments will be completed when your child returns.

COMPUTER USE DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF RESEARCH REQUIRED BY OUR PROGRAM, STUDENTS WILL FREQUENTLY USE THE INTERNET. PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICY AND EMPHASIZE THE IMPORTANCE OF RESPONSIBLE COMPUTER USE WITH YOUR CHILD. REMEMBER TO REVIEW, SIGN AND RETURN OUR COMPUTER USE CONTRACT IN ORDER FOR YOUR CHILD TO USE THE COMPUTER.
