Key Purposes of the CCAFS Intranet 1. Make information and knowledge easily available and accessible to CCAFS internal team from a single point of access...

2. Central location for the CCAFS teams and Center collaborators to view forthcoming internal and international events, staff absences, institutional contact points directory, meeting agendas/minutes

3. Document collaboration and management -Ability to check-in/check-out documents (one- author at a time) - Manage version history - Set final documents as records to ensure no one else modifies them -Send document links by (instead of attachments)
